Credit Card Reform Legislation Would Tighten Rules On Rates And Fees

I have really good habits with my credit cards and always pay them off each month. Over many years, I have actually acquired quite a few reward points and never did anything with them. So a couple weeks ago, I decided to see what they were worth and I was able to turn them for $400 worth of gift cards. I am holding onto the gift cards for the holidays, so I can use them to buy some of my gifts this year. Granted it is not a huge sum of money but in my opinion it is basically found money!
